Nature Yoga & Opening the Heart
All levels and abilities welcome. Through easy postures, yogic breathing, chanting and deep observation, the practice opens the subtle natural energy within, to yoke with our natural outer world. Playing with the subtle energies of our being we expand the heart, release tensions, ground into our center, and deepen the joy of being here and now.
The practice can heighten awareness to experiences of nature -the astral and causal planes – giving you insight into those realms and helping you to attune to your guidance. We will practice on the mother earth connecting intimately with her plants and creatures.
