Chandra has devoted her life to the study of movement and mindfulness. She has been dancing since she could walk and has been practicing Yoga for most of her life. After 20 years of teaching in the Boston area, Chandra recently moved to the Pioneer Valley where she continues to dance, teach and raise her three beautiful boys.
