Green Dragons
The Green Dragons combine martial arts training with eco learning, urban food growth and nutrition. The Green Dragons will teach a series of classes which will teach portions of the Green Dragons “Garden Form” kung fu, lessons on fair trade, organic food production and home food growth. Participants will also learn to prepare “Dragon Water” a healthy, veggie infused sport’s drink alternative. Ages seven and up. Adults welcome.
10-11am, Saturday & Sunday, Kid’s Area on the Main Field
